Accreditation
Delhi Public School, Rohtak is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The School offers education from Pre-Nursery to Class XII, which is the largest educational board in the country. It offers Science (Medical and Non-Medical) and Commerce Stream in Class XI and XII.

Curriculum
The School follows CBSE Curriculum.

Promotion and Evaluation System
The students are promoted to next higher class on the basis of continuous comprehensive evaluation and Two Term Examination i.e. Mid-term & Final-term.There is no formal examination up to Class III. There are cycles of weekly tests in each term, the weight age of which is taken for final assessment of marks.Promotion to the next class is granted to the students on the basis of their overall performance during the academic session. Hence importance of regularity in attendance and work is imperative. The general criterion for promotion is that the student has grasped the subject matter of his/her class sufficiently well to follow the syllabus of the next higher class easily.

• Weekly tests are held in all subjects for all classes according to the schedule given in the ALMANAC.
• Evaluation for Classes II-XII is based on student’s continuous academic performance during the year.
• Weight age for weekly tests and examinations is considered for promotion to the higher class.
• Students scoring 40% and above in all subjects and in aggregate qualify for promotion to next class.
• Attendance in weekly test for all classes from II onwards is compulsory.
• Grades are given for work experience and physical education.
• Students found using unfair means during any weekly test or semester examination are marked zero in that subject and given a yellow card.
• Marks of weekly tests are entered in the almanac and duly signed by class teachers. Parents should countersign these tests.
